As a public school teacher and someone ready to embark on a very important mission, I find this extremely inspiring! I am also a parent who questions the public school system…even in the town I live in where people move here specifically for the ‘educational benefits’. Never did before, but having children not only made me a better teacher, it also made me HYPER-aware of everything going on in the world and what my children will face in the next 10-20-30 years.
